REALTORS® and other WCFHBA members may attend the Expo for free! Attendees have access to networking, food, beverage, and breakout sessions (a new addition for this year!). Attendees may not set up a table to exhibit. If you are interested in only attending, please choose the "Register>>" button on this page!
Attendees may float in and out any time throughout 9 to 11am. Three or four 20-minute breakout sessions touching on important aspects of the home buying process, working with builders, etc. will also take place periodically throughout this two-hour window. Information on these individual breakout sessions will be made available soon!

Only WCFHBA builder and remodeler members, as well as WCFHBA member real estate companies and communities, may exhibit. Spots are limited! *If your company does not fall into one of these categories, please contact WCFHBA directly to inquire about limited Vendor Exhibitor spots.*

Join us for a morning of networking and giveaways at Union Station. Exhibition fee includes one 6' banquet table and two chairs. *PLEASE NOTE that you MUST provide your own tablecloth.* Exhibition registration also includes an unlimited number of attendees who do not need to be registered separately.
Last year's waitlist started forming a few weeks before the event, so don't miss out on your chance! Exhibition registration closes Tuesday, July 21st, or when all spots are filled, whichever comes first.

When registering for an exhibition booth, please view the floor plan map (can be viewed below as well as within the registration step) to see booth numbers and select your booth location. If you know you will need power, the booths on the outer walls have outlet access (bringing an extension cord is recommended). Booths 5-28 are not guaranteed to have power access. Booth availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you don't see the number you want in the dropdown menu, that means the booth has been claimed. The number you select now will be your booth on the day of the event; changes and swaps will not be made day-of unless the desired booth number remains unclaimed or the swap is agreed upon by both parties.
See the map below. For reference, the WCFHBA table is right next to where attendees will be walking in. The food and bars are in front of a wall of windows. The exits on the right side of the floor plan would only be used by external vendors or in the event of an emergency.

PARKING INFORMATION
Take advantage of FREE parking in Student Lot #2 at 151 Hanover St, available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a valid pass! You must print this pass ahead of time and display the pass on your dash for the duration of the event.

Paid parking is available on the street or in the Hanover Deck next to the Wilson Center on the corner of 3rd Street and Hanover Street.
The Nutt Street parking deck across from Union Station is reserved for CFCC faculty and staff and is not accessible to the public. CFCC's Visitor Lot may be available for parking but is not guaranteed.
The event runs 9 to 11am, with several breakout sessions occurring periodically throughout the two hours.
FOR EXHIBITORS: Setup is 8 to 9am. You must be fully set up before doors open at 9am and must exhibit for the full two hours!
