Please review the membership types below before completing your application:

Builder Member: A company whose primary business is single-family home building, multifamily building, residential or commercial remodeling, commercial construction, land development, or the manufacturing of modular, panelized, or log homes.

Associate Member: A professional or company within the home building industry that provides products, materials, or services, rather than constructing homes directly.

Affiliate Member: An employee of an existing Builder or Associate member company who is added under the primary membership.

After determining your membership type, please select the appropriate option below based on whether you are applying as a Builder or Associate member. If you are trying to be added as an affiliate member, under an existing membership, please reach out to hope@wilmhba.org. 

Then, choose the package that best fits the number of individuals you would like included on your account. Each membership includes one primary member and allows for a set number of affiliate members, up to the package maximum.

If you need to add more affiliates beyond what is included in your selected package, please reach out to hope@wilmhba.org for à la carte pricing.
